Grace has been practicing yoga for over 13 years, first drawn in by the inner peace and space it created to slow down and breathe.

She teaches dynamic yet grounding classes, with breath-led moving meditations that encourage presence and ease. Her classes blend accessible physical practice with elements of meditation and pranayama, offering space to reconnect with the body and settle the mind.

Having trained with the Power Yoga Company, Grace now teaches across South East London. Her approach is steady, thoughtful, and inclusive, with a focus on listening rather than pushing.
